No Refunds or Returns
All sales made through VELIN are final. At this time, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and processed.
This is because we are a small and uprising brand, and we are currently unable to manage refunds or returns. As we continue to grow, we hope to offer refunds and returns in the future and handle them in a better and more efficient way for our customers.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including size, color, and shipping information) are correct before completing their purchase. VELIN is not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item.
